Transport Administrator
An opportunity has arisen for an office bases Transport Administrator role based in Carterton, Oxfordshire.
You will need to have a good vehicle knowledge and have working knowledge of transport and driving regulations.
Manage all driver related issues including performance, attendance and accident investigations.
Deal with drivers’ infringements and take appropriate action.
Ensure the Transport department meet all relevant transport and health and safety legislations.
Hold a CPC or be willing to work towards one.
Hold a current driving Licence.
Driving Experience of HGV Vehicles is desired but not essential.
Have good communication skills, both verbal and written at all levels internally and externally
Have good working knowledge of IT Systems
Be able to deal with issues and problems on an AD-Hoc basis
Carry out general administration work and work alongside the Director when required
Good working conditions as part of a friendly team
Hours are 7am – 5pm
