Trainee Quantity Surveyor
Well established and respected Brickworks Company based in Swanley, Kent is recruiting for a Graduate / Trainee Quantity Surveyor.
Full training will be provided.
££ Excellent Salary for the right candidate.
The Successful Applicant
- Working towards or having completed a construction/QS qualification
- This is a trainee role and we are looking for someone we can mould, train and develop into a stand-alone QS role
- You may already have some experience as a trainee QS.
- Good eye for detail.
- Excellent Communication Skills and understanding of IT.
The Role
You will be expected to have aptitude for the following.
- Financial control.
- Contract administration and cost controls.
- Cost analysis and cost reporting.
- Maintaining of accurate filing systems.
- The ability to assist wit preparation of contract documents and administration.
