Regional Sales Manager/Sales Director – Construction (Housebuilders)

The Client:

An extremely successful UK organisation that has grown from a standing start to £20m in five years.Plans are in place to grow the business further to £100m in the next five years.To facilitate this growth, they now have a London operation where they are looking for a senior sales leader to directly impact the business and develop the existing team.

The Role:

You will inherit a small sales and marketing team that’s already performing well.Revenue sits at around £2.5m per year with scope to grow this to £12m.Initially, you will also have direct responsibility for securing Tier 2 – 4 Developer/Housebuilder accounts so you MUST have hands-on ability and desire as this is a player-manager position.You will network effectively within new and existing accounts to secure long-term, value-based business.As the business grows, you will have plenty of scope to grow your sales team.

Be successful and there is realistic scope to be rewarded with the role of Sales Director.

The Person:

It is likely that you have successful leadership from the Construction industry with specific experience of regional developers.You must be comfortable with direct sales responsibility for growing accounts as well as team responsibilities.

The Rewards:

A basic salary of around £60 – 80,000 is on offer.A full benefits package including company car or car allowance is included.First year OTE will be around £120,000 with year two OTE of £160,000.
