Night Care Assistant
Hours: 20 hours Tuesday & Saturday 9.30pm – 7.30am
plus additional hours when available, holiday & sick cover
We are currently seeking a compassionate and patient individual to join our team as a Night Care Assistant at our 12 bed residential home.
This role requires reliability, flexibility, and a strong commitment to delivering high-quality personal care.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Desirable: Previous experience in a care-related role
- Desirable: Qualifications in health & social care to NVQ Level 2 or equivalent
- Alternatively, a Care Certificate qualification is required as a minimum or we can provide care certificate training
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional personal care to residents in our residential home
- Work collaboratively with our team to maintain a high standard of care
- Maintain a safe and comfortable environment for residents
Shifts:
- 20 hours over two days Tuesday & Saturday 9.30pm – 7.30am
- Flexibility is essential to cover additional hours or staff absence
