The client is a young man who lives in Hounslow with his father. You must have solid experience in providing personal care to include feeding, showering, hoisting and pad changes. The client is a wheelchair user and is unable to speak although he is vocal and is a very happy and content young man. The client doesn’t have any challenging behaviours and wakes up with a smile.
