Job Description
A first-class live-in carer is required who has experience with physical and learning disabilities.
The client is a young man who lives in Hounslow with his father. You must have solid experience in providing personal care to include feeding, showering, hoisting and pad changes. The client is a wheelchair user and is unable to speak although he is vocal and is a very happy and content young man. The client doesn’t have any challenging behaviours and wakes up with a smile. He enjoys playing with hand-held toys and going out for walks with his small friendly dog.
This position is initially for 3 months to provide support and companionship during the lockdown. Although this is a live-in position the hours will be from 11am -7pm with some light cleaning and cooking. The position is likely to be extended for the right candidate who must have a good spoken English with a kind and caring nature and a clean driving licence. The client’s parents are actively involved in the care of their son to ensure he is provided with a good quality of life and new experiences.
We are looking for a passionate Live In Carer to support him with his daily routine.
Rates of pay: £110 per day
Shift Pattern: 3 weeks on 1 week off.

As a Care Assistant duties will vary dependent on each client’s individual care plan. These may include personal care, assistance with moving and handling, support with community outings and medication administration.
